Founder & Managing Director
Co-founder and board member of Herzkraftwerk AG (Winterthur), specialised in coaching for decision-makers from business and non-profit organisations. Trained social worker, licensed emergency psychologist, organisational developer and coach with more than 30 years of cross-cultural mediation experience between Switzerland and Asia. Collaboration partner of the India Competence Centre at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and co-author of the monthly GANESHA newsletter with Prof. Dr. Roger Moser. In 2008–2009 he studied Leadership and Communication at the ZHAW Winterthur — where he is regularly invited back as a speaker. Member of the Swiss National Council since 2017.
COO (Advisory)
Venture Capital & Private Equity Specialist with institutional experience from Series-A sourcing to growth-equity direct investments. Track record at Swisscanto Private Equity (ZKB Group, CHF 300bn AuM): 7 Series-B+ direct investments across DACH, BENELUX and Nordics in ICT, robotics and life science — including GetYourGuide, Swissto12 and ANYbotics. End-to-end expertise: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, structuring and post-closing portfolio management (board, strategy, M&A, sales). Earlier stations: Lombard Odier Private Markets, Deloitte M&A Lead Advisory, Credit Suisse Investment Banking, UBS Wealth Management. Co-founder of Asia Club at HSG. Master in Accounting and Corporate Finance and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, exchange semesters at University of Technology Sydney and University of California, Santa Barbara.
CTO / CFO
Role: Technology leadership and financial stewardship. Responsible for IT infrastructure, digital systems, and data security (CTO function), as well as financial oversight, compliance, tax, and corporate governance (CFO function). Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all activities of Herzkraftwerk AG.
India Partner & Global Network
Role: Asia Partner with a global network spanning 80+ countries. Primary point of contact for Asian market access, on-the-ground relationships, and international business development between Asia and global partners. Deepest expertise in India.
