Founder & Managing Director
Focus areas: CEO advisory and Board Mandates (VR). Swiss National Councillor since 2017 for the Evangelical People's Party (EVP), and the first person of Indian origin to serve in the Swiss Parliament. Founder and President of the Parliamentary Group Switzerland-India. Member of the Foreign Policy Commission and of the Swiss delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Vice President of EVP Switzerland. Before federal politics: Winterthur City Council (2002-2014) and Zurich Cantonal Council (2014-2017). Key facilitator of the EFTA-India TEPA Free Trade Agreement, signed in 2024 and in force since 1 October 2025. Engaged with the University of St. Gallen (HSG) via the Navigator Series for Indian Executives. Honorary doctorate (Dr. h.c.) from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Odisha, India (2019). Born in Udupi, Karnataka in 1970, adopted to Switzerland, bridging both worlds.

Focus areas: Private Equity, M&A, and end-to-end deal execution. Most recently Private Equity Investment Professional at Swisscanto Asset Management (ZKB Group, CHF 300bn AuM), executing 7 direct investments across DACH, BENELUX and Nordics at Series B+ in ICT, Robotics, and Life Science. Expertise in sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and post-closing portfolio management (board, strategy, M&A, sales). Prior experience: Lombard Odier (private markets), Deloitte (M&A Lead Advisory), Credit Suisse (Investment Banking), UBS (Wealth Management). Co-Founder of Asia Club at HSG. Master in Accounting & Corporate Finance and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), with exchange terms at University of Technology Sydney and University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ueli Müller
CTO / CFO
Role: Technology leadership and financial stewardship. Responsible for IT infrastructure, digital systems, and data security (CTO function), as well as financial oversight, compliance, tax, and corporate governance (CFO function). Based in Kappel am Albis. Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all activities of Herzkraftwerk AG.

Role: India Partner with a global network spanning 80+ countries. Primary point of contact for Indian market access, on-the-ground relationships, and international business development between India and global partners.
