Server Logs: Our international cloud provider automatically collects technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and time of access. This data is used for technical operation and security purposes only.

Microsoft Clarity (behavioural analytics): This website uses Microsoft Clarity to analyse usage patterns via anonymised heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default, does not capture keystrokes, and uses first-party storage only. Fireflies.ai (call transcription): Consultation calls that you book through Cal.com may, with your prior consent, be recorded and transcribed by Fireflies.ai. Legal basis: your explicit consent under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and Art. 179quater of the Swiss Criminal Code (opt-in at booking). Processor: Fireflies Inc. (USA). Data processed: audio/video of the conversation and machine transcript. The transcript is stored in the Fireflies workspace as an internal meeting note. Retention: audio up to 90 days, transcript for the duration of the engagement, then deleted.
